Service Description

Yin Yoga is often referred to as the quiet practice. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, ligaments, and joints of the body not normally targeted in more active practices. Designed to create space in the body and enhance elasticity of the fascia, it also allows energy to flow more freely throughout the body. In a Yin practice, poses are held for longer periods of time (typically 3-5 minutes) allowing the mind and body to quiet. Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels and is a great complement to more active practices or activities. **Please read payment details. Payment is required to attend. Jen offers a 5 class pass for $60- you can discuss that option with her.
