Please wear comfortable, warm clothes.

Bring things that provide you with comfort, such as a blanket, pillow, etc.

Bring a mat if you would like, if you don't have one, we have extras!

Bring something to write in if you can (or your phone)

If you want to bring in any crystals with you, please do so!

As part of the package, this event will provide one Selenite crystal to everyone who signs up and attends the event

About the event:

This event will be 90 minutes long, including introduction, setting intentions, receiving Reiki, and then discussion after.

You will be lying on mats while receiving Reiki. Some extra blankets and bolsters will be available.

What to expect:

Liv will start with introductions and whoever is comfortable can participate. She will then describe a bit about herself as well as what she does with Reiki sessions at Historic Yoga. Liv will begin with a ritual to set an Intention for the session with everyone sitting in a circle and slowly relaxing themselves to receive Reiki. Liv will begin Reiki with her own unique guided meditation. Each person will receive Reiki through touch or hovering, whichever they are comfortable with. They will also receive some energy from crystals. During the experience, you may see colors, feel tingling sensations, or even fall asleep. No worries, it's all normal. When the Reiki experience is finished, Liv will do a closing ritual of grounding, then everyone can take their time waking up, get water, and they will get the chance to write down what they experienced and share if they would like.

About Liv:

Liv Lozano owns a small "Umbrella" business known as A Fairy's Purpose. Under this, she owns A Fairy's Touch- In person Energy Practice, as well as a small gift shop known as A Fairy's Treasure.

Liv is a certified Reiki Practitioner, Level 1 & 2. 

She has been spiritual and open to the other side her whole life. She has experienced many different types of spiritual awakenings, spiritual visits, healings and more. From ages 9 to 19, Liv had dealt with anxiety upon many other things. Her anxiety reached more extreme levels when she was 17-19. They got so extreme; she wasn't able to leave her house. When she started receiving Reiki on a consistent basis, as well as more holistic healing methods, her anxiety was released bit by bit until she was able to live life comfortably, and happily lighter. When Liv got her certification, she wanted to spread this healing to others who may suffer from anxiety as well as depression, stress, or overall those who want to relax and feel lighter.
