Discover a relieving experience with a 30-minute Gentle Yoga class, designed to promote relaxation and mindfulness. This is followed by a 30-minute guided Yoga Nidra session, often called "yogic sleep," where you'll be gently led into deep relaxation. Join us to unwind, restore, and tend to your nervous system this season. Class passes are accepted.
