Service Description
Historic Yoga invites your little ones to join our full moon ceremony, designed to help release difficulties and embrace new goals for the upcoming moon cycle, introducing simple skills to kiddos that they can learn to use in everyday life. Geared towards 5-9 year-olds, this group session includes gentle yoga practices and goal-setting activities to foster positivity and growth. ***Please note - siblings receive $5 off their ticket price. Recommended ages are 5-9, but if there are kiddos or siblings just outside of that age, they are more than welcome!
