Historic Yoga offers a sacred space for our Full Moon Rituals, held monthly to support personal growth and transformation. The Full Moon illuminates this conflict between roots and direction. With the Moon full and bright in the sky, symbolic “illumination" occurs in our own lives. Each full moon event is a similar format, allowing for what needs to shift within each of us. A safe space to share (or not share), maybe cry, definitely laugh, and gather in community together. Gather with us at Historic Yoga for a deeply transformative experience as we honor the cycles of the moon and cultivate inner alignment 🌕
