What to Expect:

Join Cosley of the Perky Pigeon Yoga Studio for this fun Yoga with Littles Series! Mama's, parents, (or Grammies or Aunties) grab those littles and come stretch with us. Medically cleared postpartum mom's with non walkers up to age 5 are welcome! We'll have a little helper to keep the littles entertained. We'll meet the adults wherever they are on their yoga journey, offer advancements and modifications every step of the way.

Come as you are. Dress comfortably. All levels are welcome.

About Cosley:

My name is Cosley and I am The Perky Pigeon! Certified in Hatha style yoga, kids, prenatal, and restorative yoga, I have been practicing for many years and teaching officially since 2019. As a practitioner I get so much joy out of watching Yogi's surprise themselves on the mat! We have an absolutely judgment free zone where all levels are welcome and encouraged to do their best work, whatever that looks like for them, at that moment, on that day. I am still so surprised at the amount of people afraid to get on a yoga mat. I feel like it is my duty as a practitioner to break the stigma! Bring your body, as it is, to yoga and let it do its thing. I promise to keep you safe on the mat while you explore all the possibilities that your body is ready to unfold!
