This tween Yoga and Gratitude Journaling Class is a perfect opportunity for pre-teens (aged 9-12) to explore the benefits of yoga and mindfulness while fostering an attitude of gratitude. Each participant will receive a personal gratitude journal at the beginning of the session where they will be encouraged to reflect on the positive aspects of their life, write down what they are thankful for, and set positive intentions for the day. This journaling activity provides a powerful tool for tweens to practice gratitude and develop mindfulness in their everyday lives.
Description: Introducing our Tween Gratitude & Mindset Workshop, a perfect opportunity for pre-teens (aged 9-12) to explore the benefits of yoga and mindfulness while fostering an attitude of gratitude. This class is designed to cater to both the physical and emotional needs of tweens.
In this 75-minute session, our experienced yoga instructor will guide tweens through a series of age-appropriate yoga poses and exercises to enhance flexibility, balance, and strength. The class begins with a mindfulness exercise, helping tweens to center their thoughts and focus on the present moment.
What sets this class apart is the incorporation of gratitude activities. Each participant will receive a personal gratitude journal at the beginning of the session. Throughout the class, tweens will be encouraged to reflect on the positive aspects of their lives, write down what they are thankful for, and set positive intentions for the day. This journaling activity provides a powerful tool for tweens to practice gratitude and develop mindfulness in their everyday lives.
The class offers a safe and inclusive space for tweens to explore their physical capabilities and emotional well-being. Yoga mats and props suitable for tweens will be provided. Our experienced instructor ensures that the yoga experience is engaging and enjoyable for this age group.
