Join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation with our Sound Bath Journey at Historic Yoga. Immerse yourself in a soothing environment where harmonic vibrations from crystal singing bowls, a gong, and other instruments will wash over you, helping to release stress and promote deep relaxation.
