About the event
If you’re looking for a loving and caring space to support you on your
body image journey this group is for you! Join Bethany Gadbois and
Shawna Rocheleau in circle Saturday, April 13th from 11:00 to 12:30 at
Historic Yoga where we will come together to connect, meditate,
practice breath work and gentle yoga, journal on prompts that will
guide you to explore your relationship with your body and the option to
share will be provided.
This will be a sacred space for soul nourishment, spirit support and
sisterhood!
Please bring a journal and pen.
