Enjoy the sense of sound during an enriching Sound Bath at Historic Yoga while sinking into Restorative Yoga poses. The combination of the two can bring groundedness, calm, and meditative ease to the body and nervous system. Jen Songer guides students through restorative poses while Melissa Currie indulges your senses with healing tones from Sound Bowls in the background.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat and water.
