This restorative practice lovingly guides you back to yourself. Using supportive props, you'll explore restful poses that help you journey into a deeper, quieter state of mind. This 60 minute workshop will leave you feeling rooted and relaxed. 💗
My goal is to help make yoga approachable for all. My teaching style is light-hearted and authentic, doing away with any fussiness or formalities and just getting to the heart of what you and your body truly need.
