About the event
This Kid Selflove Workshop is designed to foster a positive self-image and enhance emotional well-being for children (recommended ages 4-10) to explore the benefits of yoga and mindfulness while fostering an attitude of selflove. Through a blend of yoga, mindfulness exercises, and interactive discussions, kids will learn to embrace their uniqueness, build confidence, and cultivate a strong sense of self-love. Yogis will engage in self-love activities such as make your own heart maps and discuss acts of kindness.
Our experienced yoga instructor will guide kids through a series of age-appropriate yoga poses and exercises to enhance flexibility, balance, and strength.
The class offers a safe and inclusive space for children to explore their physical capabilities and emotional well-being. Yoga mats and props suitable for kids will be provided. Our experienced instructor ensures that the yoga experience is engaging and enjoyable for this age group.
