Join Amrita Kaur for an evening of New Moon Healing ~ Gather in ceremony for a special Kundalini meditation, synchronizing with the celestial spheres. Utilizing breathwork, chanting, and the gong.

*Please be advised that the Kundalini lineage of yoga can be a practice of the mind, confronting limiting thoughts and beliefs, all while challenging you physically. May contain challenging movement and breathwork, and although parts of the practice are meditative, it can possibly bring up intense and strong emotional responses for some participants.
