About the event

Join Lin on the last Sunday of each month for Celestial Meditation Nights. Lin held monthly Celestial Meditation Nights for 8 years when she owned and operated The Massage Clinic in Connecticut. Guided meditation relieves stress and anxiety which help to alleviate panic attacks, lowers blood pressure, and improves mind, body, spirit health holistically.

Take this time out of your busy schedule to release, renew, and refresh your outlook and energy level. As a New Paradigm Multidimensional Transformation™ teacher, Crystal Energy Teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, and holistic health counselor, Lin's goal is to educate and help you help yourself to feel better and heal what ails you, especially stress which breaks down your body, AND REGAIN YOUR PERSONAL POWER.

Lin advocates natural remedies such as Yoga and meditation to stay in balance in an unbalanced world. Try as you might, staying calm in disruptive and chaotic situations sometimes places you in multiple paradoxes to peace and joy.

Dealing proactively with stress makes you feel much calmer and healthier in your own skin. When stress is ignored or dealt with as the problem rather than the symptom, more difficult health conditions often arise.

Stopping the leak in the dam of inordinate stress is much easier to repair than when unaddressed stress leads to dysfunctional health patterns.

This is all about your energy system. You are in charge of your energy system, no one else, not your work, nor anyone ese in your family. You can recover your grace, dignity, self-worth, and self-confidence regardless of how busy you are, by taking time out to breathe properly and relax your mind.

About Lin:

The to-do-list of your everyday activities may be as endless as mine used to be, since I am the mother of 5 adult children, and 13 grandchildren. There were carpools with 2 other families going to a different school in a different town for a while, in addition to my work schedule and everyone else’s work schedules, after school activities, sports and every other part of young and not so young family life.

Even if you live alone, life can overwhelm even the most structured schedule, leaving you feeling that something is missing.

I also thought it was important to be involved in my local community. In 1994, I was voted by the town of Hopedale to be in the 1994 Massachusetts Education Reform Act instituted by then Gov. William Weld. About that time, I was also the chairperson of the Hopedale Girl’s Softball League. I totally understand what it means to be busy.

Over the years, I discovered the benefits of guided meditation which I am offering to you now. Slowing your mind down once a month to regroup, focus on your breath, and drop your shoulders away from your ears without having to rush to your next thing on your agenda.
