Namaste, young yogis and yoginis! I'm Sabrina, your enthusiastic and dedicated yoga teacher on a journey to empower, enlighten, and elevate young hearts and minds through the transformative practice of yoga.

In my vibrant and engaging classes, you can expect a delightful blend of playful movement, mindful breathing, and interactive activities that nurture your body, mind, and soul. Whether we're striking a yoga pose, exploring our breath, or sharing stories, each session is designed to help you feel more connected to yourself and the world around you.
