Full Moon Women’s Circle

Join Julie in this women’s circle honoring the energy of the full moon, while creating connection with other like minded women!

When the moon is full, it’s an amazing time to reflect inward and journal on what you’d like to release and bring more of into your life. It is also a powerful energetic time where you may experience more vivid dreams, vibrant energy, emotional turbulence, and realizations that help you to understand yourself deeper. It may be a time where you like to make moon water, cleanse your crystals, moon gaze, or do any other meaningful ritual you feel called to.

Gathering with other women is a sacred ritual in it’s own, as we all have wisdom to share and something to learn from each other, regardless of age or background.

In this circle we will honor the presence of each other as equals, and find a grounded space within ourselves for inner reflection and release. 

Everyone will be led into a guided yoga nidra meditation by Julie, and then there will be space for each person to share. 

This is a compassionate space where we come together knowing that we each have a long journey we’ve been on in life, and we are sharing just a tidbit of what that’s like in the current.

General outline:

- Opening circle & Introductions

- Guided yoga nidra meditation

- Open/quiet space for inner reflection, journaling, oracle card pulling, tea

- Sharing(Optional)

- Closing circle & song(I am love mantra)

What to bring:

- Water 

- Anything sacred/special to you that makes you feel grounded

- An altar offering if you feel called to

- Journal & Pen

- A special mug for tea
