Bring a mat & wear comfortable clothes

Optional- bring a journal and personal items for the circle altar

About The Event:

The circle is facilitated by Angela Kaye, LMT & Reiki II practitioner. Simple yoga movements are brought in halfway through the event to break up sitting, led by Bethany Gadbois, RYT500 & Studio Owner.
