Full Moon Ritual & Cacao Ceremony

Each month, we gather at Historic Yoga for a Full Moon Ritual. These events have become quite powerful circles of synchronicity where people feel safe to share what they no longer need in their life, what they are striving to bring into their life, and to show up as their true self. For our Full Moon Ritual in May, we will be celebrating Bethany's birthday with a special Cacao Ceremony. 

May's full moon is known as the Flower Moon representing abundant blooming that occurs in Spring. 

We attract abundance into our lives with the May Full Moon energy.

Bring a mat & wear comfortable clothes

Optional- bring a journal and personal items for the circle altar

About The Event:

This specialized event circle will be facilitated by Jennifer Brouillard of Roots to Fly Wellness, Angela Kaye, LMT & Reiki II practitioner of Healing Soma Massage, along with studio owner, Bethany Gadbois. This ritual will be different than our others, but will have a similar structure:

• Intro & Intentions
• Full Moon Ritual
• Cacao Ceremony 
• Share (if comfortable)
• Closing

The Full Moon Meaning Spiritually:

1. A time for cleansing and releasing old energy.
2. A time to set intentions and goals.
3. A powerful time for manifestation and boosting psychic abilities.
4. A time for drawing in abundance, peace, and love.
5. A time for honoring and celebrating the divine feminine within us all.
