Full Moon Ritual

Each month for the Full Moon, we gather at Historic Yoga for a Full Moon Ritual. These events have become quite powerful circles of synchronicity where people feel safe to share what they no longer need in their life and what they are striving to bring more of into their life.

RSVP & payment is required to secure your spot and allow others to join if you cannot make it.

What You Need To Know:

Bring a mat & wear comfortable clothes

Optional- bring a journal and personal items for the circle altar

About The Event:

The circle is facilitated by Angela Kaye, LMT & Reiki II practitioner. Simple yoga, breathwork, and meditative movements are brought in halfway through the event to break up sitting, led by Bethany Gadbois, RYT500 & Studio Owner.

The Full Moon Meaning Spiritually:

1. A time for cleansing and releasing old energy.
2. A time to set intentions and goals.
3. A powerful time for manifestation and boosting psychic abilities.
4. A time for drawing in abundance, peace, and love.
5. A time for honoring and celebrating the divine feminine within us all.
