This hybrid practice combines a vinyasa yoga flow with isolated strength training. Option to use 2 to 5 lb hand weights or no weights at all; the body benefits either way! This 60 minute workshop will leave you feeling strong, sturdy, and sassy. 😉
My goal is to help make yoga approachable for all. My teaching style is light-hearted and authentic, doing away with any fussiness or formalities and just getting to the heart of what you and your body truly need.
