Heal yourself as you help heal others! Calm your mind, feel uplifted & energized. Come for community Kundalini Yoga. A portion of the proceeds collected from each class will be donated to charity.

Traditionally the moon is a symbol for qualities of gentleness, calmness and stillness. If you find yourself feeling overstimulated and unable to relax, consider trying MOON. This class offers ancient medthods that the yogis used as tools to help calm the nervous system. Class is designed to be low impact, non-strenuous and easy on the joints. Light stretching, meditation, yogic breath work, and stress reduction are the focus. While the class may be slower and lower in intensity than SUN, MOON may pose it’s own challenges as participants learn to still their minds.
