Kathleen brings over ten years of personal yoga practice experience to the studio. Through her journey, she discovered relief from stress-related body pain and a deeper sense of peace through yoga. Delving into the mind-body connection and the benefits of mindfulness, Kathleen decided to become a certified yoga instructor to share these transformative practices with others. Kathleen, an experienced educator from PreK-College, brings her expertise in pedagogy, curriculum and instruction to Historic Yoga. New to teaching yoga but not new to teaching, Kathleen’s well-planned and creative sequences ensure an engaging practice for all students.
