Erin is a 200 RYT Yoga instructor and registered social emotional learning facilitator certified through Breathe For Change. She puts her Master’s degree in Special Education and Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education to use in her full time profession as a middle school teacher. As a result, she has 26 years experience creating inclusive spaces for people of all ages and abilities both in the classroom and in the yoga studio. Her sessions are designed to make everyone- regardless of their yoga ability, feel a sense of relaxation, peace and well being by the end of class.
