Emily will be bringing an early morning class to the Historic Yoga community!
Emily has been practicing yoga for 20 years and earned her 200 YTT certification at the Yoga Center of Amherst in 2009 of the Embodyoga lineage. Emily came to yoga as a mom of 2 toddlers and a love for running. She immediately fell in love with the practice, as yoga helped with both physical and emotional tension. Emily most loves how yoga can create space in the body and mind, and makes you feel more alive.
Emily practices different styles of yoga with vinyasa and restorative yoga as her favorites.
In addition to yoga, Emily strength trains, cycles, walks and spends a lot of time gardening. She's a mom to 3 and works full-time as the head of a team for an ed tech company.
