Lindsey guides strong, mindful movement. Join us as we collectively practice building physical and mental strength slowly, safely, and with soft attention. Friendly for all levels. Begin or advance your yoga practice using stable, strong movements that allows you to tap into your inner strength. Lindsey’s supportive approach makes every class a transformative experience.
