Join Julie for your morning wake up yoga! In this 60 minute class, we will focus on gentle awakening of the body as the perfect start to your day. Slow movement, deep breathing, gentle stretches, ending with a 7-10 minute savasana meditation to end. This class is great for any level, beginner to advanced yogis. Anyone looking for a gentle class to start the day off right!
