Service Description

Gentle yoga is a hatha yoga class, focused on breath connection in each pose and movement practiced in the class. Similar to morning wake up, this is a gentle and easy paced class, but there is more focus on gentle activating poses as well which create a sense of stability and grounding in the body. Class ends with 7-10 min savasana meditation. This class is great for any level of yogi looking for a gentle yoga class.
